We Are Family is a remake of 1998 film Stepmom. The film is expected to be released on September 3rd.
The story of We Are Family goes on like this: Maya (Kajol) is the mother of three children, whom she considers her world. She is a divorced mother. She runs her house and their home is filled with happiness. When her ex-husband Aman (Arjun Rampal) introduces his girl friend Shreya (Kareena Kapoor) to the family, the situation takes an unexpected turn.
Shreya is a career oriented woman. She needs to learn a lot about family and children. When two women comes under one roof, they find it difficult. Can two Moms make a home? Maya, despite all the differences, tries to bring everyone together.
We Are Family album has six original songs composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy. The film is distributed by UTV Motion Pictures.
